You guys SO have to try this recipe. Use regular butter for family gift giving (lol or use canna if you have a "canna"fam!)
This is the simplest recipe in the world. Seriously. You can even make it while medicated. It's THAT simple.
Ingredients
1 cup canna butter, plus more for greasing pan (I use regular butter for that)
1 cup peanut butter (creamy works the best NOT chunky)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar
Directions
1.Microwave butter and peanut butter for 2 minutes on high. Stir and microwave on high for 2 more minutes.
2.Add vanilla and powdered sugar to peanut butter mixture and stir to combine with a wooden spoon.
3.Pour into a buttered 8 by 8-inch pan lined with waxed paper. Place a second piece of waxed paper on the surface of the fudge and refrigerate until cool (about 1 hour).
4.Cut into 1-inch pieces and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
THATS it. Some variations I usually use WHEN I remember to take the shopping list! (damn short term memory!)
1. 1/2 package of chocolate bits (microwave on high with a dash of milk) pour over the top once peanutbutter hardens.
2. put 1 roasted peanut per square inch on top.
(The above just pretties it up a little!)
okay... on to the pics!
its a little more expensive, but I like the real vanilla NOT the imitation!
use creamy... not chunky.
1 lb of pure unadulterated confectioner powdered sugar... (straight from Bolivia) lol
i cup of canna butter. i like to nuke mine for 20 secs or so. just so its soft.
1 cup of canna butter goodness....
this is where I nuke it slightly... just so I can measure it easier...

nuke again for 2 more min. ready the sugar and vanilla!

add sugar and vanilla THEN stir!

pour into pan

refridgerate. takes approx 1 hour to set!
