First bucked is bottled

THis is my second big bucket of wine in this year. Here is merlot + cabernet savingon + barberra. 31 kg of total weight. I am added 1,2 kg of sugar. Merlot has very good red color of juice in this time. Cabernet almost white about color juice but sweet maybe 22-25%. Barberra also has red color of juice but feel like more water and high acids. I not sure about my solution is very good in this case now there is around 10% of barberra, but maybe it is bit many and 2-3% was enough in this case. But I did what i did and here is still small chance get some big wine. Final sugar here is around 23-24%.

so guys if you still alive. I have some small news for you. This year I have some grape harvest. Weather from start of Autum was terrible, a lot of rains and temperatures +7-16C all September. But I any way waits to 1 st of October and got some grapes for wine. THis year main wine will be 2 types of merlot + traminer rose + pino noir small part. I added some sugar to this wine. Because from start it was around 18% of sugar on my taste. total whiegt of big bucket is bit more than 26 kilo. I made some calculations for 22 kilo and around 6% of additional sugars and decide add 1,2 kg of sugar to this. After this it is became pretty sweetty. maybe up to 25%. but there is many skins and not smashed berries so I hope latter this additional sugar go bit there. Anyway acidity bit high in this wine. so I gueess all still fine. but good for this type of wine starting sugar around 23%.

Looks like in this year i will stop writing in this forum. Grapes still growing and i will do some harvest but in this year here is nothing spectacular. Some part of grapes has problem with fungi because growing a in this year almost without chemicals. Leaves is fine almost but many berries for eating is damaged by fungi. For me no big reason in trying fill text and photos on this forum because i saw news about this forum can be closed in any time in this case any activity have no big sense for me. Also i don't grow any new grapes and don't think about it in future. Just will continue growing like in past years with same grapes. Now i hear psydub music and hope all other people can have some positive in this life. So guys good day for all. I just want say good bye and on this i will finish this topic and any other activity here.

I found Here some new producer of wine and decide take one bottle for test. Price is 4,5 euro about but it is good wine with good south soul. Pretty delicious taste. But looks like with additional alcohol. My wines has more north soul than this. I am now don't drinking many but bit of wine like this can be. Happy summer to all. Ps.: Meat with cherry wine from past year. Not bad on taste also even if was burned bit.

This year I made some mistake. I started bottling too late. Now wine have too many tannins. Taste similar to very concentrated black tea with notes of dog-rose. I can't say some like this wine is completely wasted. But i guess feelings from dinking of this wine will be unregular. Have sense finish bottling few months earlier. Also i have some new bottles for wine. I can't show color of wine very clearly but color is enough deep in this year. This is pure merlot wine.

Still want bit spam here like a wine troll.. Belive this wine has fresh cherry berry soul. but still smooth on a middle level. this wine is pretty anyway as for me. some time possible talk like only wines withhard soul can be like a premium class of the wine. but this soft smooth quality of wine is so annoying me. this quailty is really interesting. of course only if it is really naturally of wine. garantiue very long time long lasting effect after dirinking. i am guys going sleeep and you guys are sorry.

I opened this wine now and it is feal so smooth on flavour. this is really different quality with wines from shop. feals some woody notes in taste also even if this wine don`t have any concatc with wood before.

Wines from same bottling in bottle now looks like this/ Merlot has middle potential but not short and it is good, I belive it is some special wine even if it is don`t look feals really special. for me now this wine look absolutely fine and natural.
