The strain Thyphoon is a Danish outdoor strain created by Tanska, its a strain who has been growing outdoor for many generations and have adjusted for the nordish climate. Very easygrowing early flowering strain.

WOW I love the structures and leaves of these plants. So i take it they have been made to withstand a colder temperature than normally needed - would love to see some more of his variety - thanks for sharing
yeah this is interesting for us living in harsh climates.. guess this would require a new thread but i'm interested in how to develop new AF or semi AF strains for cold areas. I'm doing some purple jems myself in the nordic woods and they seem to cope with the cold. I'm not that impressed of the result though but a lot of it can be blamed on myself and my mistakes, and perhaps some wannabe politzei.. Three dissapeared, one died in the seedling stage and only one turned male which I've pollinated to a white widow and a sourcream plus of course to one of the jem ladies. Experimenting is sometimes more fun than the actual harvest the question however is for how many generations would you have to inbreed in order to stabilize the AF genes? And then again what good strains would be best to start crossing with, himalayan gold perhaps? High yield, adequate quality and can take bad weather. Anyway I think this needs a separate thread..

hmmm, looking at your post, i would say AMS is the strain for you ;) its name stands for Anti Mold System, its very resistant to rain or cold climates ;)
ams sounds interesting, that or perhaps the church and HG from GHSC. However, can all these strains be considered as stabilized strains? I know HG is but a lot of the other GHSC strains as well as most other popular strains today aren't stabilized so their offspring wouldn't be consistent. Which of the GHSC strains could be considered stabilized? Guess this is another thread again

all of them are considered stabilized, but in the cannabis growing life you allways catch up different phenotypes from the same strains... i would say HG , WhiteRhino, Church, WhiteWidow, and lots more, are very stable strains :)

The pure thyphoon strain arent avalible on any seed companys sites, so this is the only way basicly.
